” The idea that our pizzeria aims for is to tailor “custom-made” pizzas and dishes to the tastes and dietary needs of each individual, while drawing inspiration from the good teachings of the past. We use water, high-quality flours, salt, sourdough yeast, artisanal ingredients, and pay attention to intolerances, all with the inventive touch of our captain Francesco. These are the ingredients we use to create pizzas and dishes, our “Tales of Taste.”
